Questions owners ask before they start.

How does Filo create posts from my website?

It reads your pages (services, wording, photos, colours and tone) and writes posts about your business, not generic filler.

Do I need a website?

Yes. Filo learns your services, tone and colours from your website, so it needs one. Instagram, Fresha, Booksy and Treatwell pages aren't supported yet.

What does it cost?

£79 a month for the Pro plan, up to 40 image posts a month. Your first 3 posts are free. No contract; cancel any time.

When do I see my first posts?

At the end of a short, step-by-step sign-up, a few minutes after you start. You see all 3 before you pay, and they don't use your monthly credits.

Can I change posts before they go out?

Yes. Every post comes to you first: approve it, edit the caption, or ask Filo to change it.

Do I need to connect Instagram and Facebook?

To publish, yes: an Instagram professional (business or creator) account and/or a Facebook Page. Connect them during sign-up or later in Settings.

I run a clinic. What about health claims?

Filo keeps posts informational, and you approve every post before it goes live, so you stay in control of what you say about treatments.

Do you charge VAT?

No. You pay £79 a month. If your business is VAT-registered, you account for VAT yourself under the reverse charge, and your invoice says so.

What if it's not for me?

Full refund within 30 days, no questions asked, and you can cancel any time in Settings.

Who's behind Filo?

Filo is built by Filohealth Software, Inc. and is sold to businesses only.
